Our goal is to crush your competitors, give your business to accurate quantities for your residential or commercial project, and bring you the highest margin percentage where possible using most effective marketing strategies available.
We send a fully detailed BOQ and cost plan with every trade broken up into individual components, we also measure and price preliminaries and include site management, site amenities and profit margins.
We will need full set of project drawing that you need to submit your price to your client. If you don’t have project, that is not a problem as well check out our “hire us to do for you” package for more info.
You will receive take off file and spreadsheet so you can edit and play around your price and margins.
We price all tender inhouse by ourselves and all our team members are local to give you quick support.
You will receive price proposal fee on same day.
We aim for 1 – 2 weeks to deliver a fully detailed cost plan for builders on average, for trade contractors we aim within 2 – 7 days.
